Pukara Estate olives are picked at peak ripeness and cold pressed within hours to ensure maximum health benefits, freshness and flavour.
Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is a lot more nutritionally dense and filled with antioxidants, vitamins, polyphenols and mono saturated fats.
Most of our vinegar’s are hand crafted on a ‘Batch-by-batch’ basis using the finest quality Wine & Grapes.
Once the quality of the balsamic is perfect, it’s either bottled freshly for sale, or blended with natural essential oils to create the wide variety of flavours, able to be used on almost every dish!

One summer garden party back in 2009, we had our eyes opened to the endless possibilities infused oils and balsamics could have whena friend served pomegranate balsamic vinegar over roasted vegetables.
We were desperate to find out where she got it from, only to find she had made it! So we went in search of our own source and collaborations and the rest, is history!
